Creating An Experience
The challenge was to create a new brand for Stream’s sales retreat in Estes Park, Colorado. The retreat was given the name “Elevate” and it was my task to bring it to life. Since it was taking place in the mountains, I wanted it to have a sense of magnitude with the mountains and the connection to the retreat name “Elevate”.

Bring An Event To Life
To create excitement for the team to attend the event and to motivate them to step up their game for the upcoming quarter. The goal was to also provide some fun to the event so that it didn’t feel entirely too corporate. The winning concept focuses on the idea of growth at a high rate and the idea of everyone coming together to make it happen.

Memorable Sales Retreat
A successful retreat that everyone thoroughly enjoyed! There was branded presentations for all stakeholders, plenty of swag, inspirational conversations and just general team bonding. Since the retreat our sales team has landed one of our largest clients and made record revenue for the quarter.
